Who we are

Bad A$ Brides ("we," "us") is a wedding vendor negotiation service. We negotiate pricing and terms with wedding vendors on behalf of brides, and we offer a DIY Negotiator's Playbook Kit. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us:

• Free consult form: your name, your partner's name (optional), email, phone, wedding date, wedding city and state, approximate guest count, the vendors on your list and any notes you add.
• Ask a Question form: your question, first name, and an email or phone number so we can answer you.
• Free Sparkle portrait and crest requests: names, wedding date, email, optional phone, and for the portrait, the photo you upload.
• Contract upload page: your name, your partner's name, vendor type and name, any notes, and the contracts, quotes or photos you upload. These can include vendor pricing and other details about your wedding.
• Checkout: when you buy a package, add-on or the Kit, our checkout collects your name, email, an optional phone number and your payment details.
• Booking your consult: when you schedule a call, you share your name, email and the time you pick, plus anything you add to the booking.
• Email and texts: anything you send us at [email protected] or by text.
• Basic technical info: like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

• To deliver your negotiation services, including reviewing your contracts and negotiating with your vendors.
• To deliver the Playbook Kit and your free Sparkle extras.
• To communicate with you about your consult, your package and your questions.
• To process your payment and keep basic business records.
• To send wedding-savings tips and updates by email or text, but only if you check the box asking for them. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link or replying to any email.

We will never use your Sparkle photo publicly without your permission.

What we never do

We never sell or rent your personal information, to anyone, ever. And we're never paid by vendors. We work for you, not them.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run Bad A$ Brides, and only so they can do that job:

• FormSubmit delivers the forms on our site (consult, questions, Sparkle requests and contract uploads), including attached files, to our private email inbox.
• Stripe runs our secure checkout and processes payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Calendly handles consult scheduling.
• Cloudflare hosts our website and helps keep it fast and secure.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on our pages, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
• Our email provider stores the emails we send and receive.

Each of these companies handles your information under its own privacy policy. We also share details with your vendors, but only the vendors you ask us to negotiate with, and only what's needed to negotiate on your behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Our site links to our social pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and X) and to a few other helpful websites. Those are just links. If you click one, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Keeping your contracts safe

Your files travel to us over an encrypted connection and land in our private inbox. Only our team can access them, and we use them only to prepare for and carry out your negotiation. We never post your contracts or share them with anyone other than the vendor they belong to, when you've asked us to negotiate with that vendor. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How long we keep things

We keep your information while we're working with you and afterward only as long as we reasonably need it for business, tax and accounting records. Want us to delete your information sooner? Just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it, except for anything we're required to keep by law.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Just email [email protected]. You can also opt out of tips and updates anytime, as described above.

Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking cookies on our site. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security. When you check out with Stripe or book with Calendly, those services may use their own cookies on their pages to work properly and prevent fraud.

Kids

Bad A$ Brides is for adults planning weddings. Our site and services aren't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Big changes will be clearly noted here.
